As educational leaders, we are constantly being pulled in so many different directions, but we are all teachers at heart. One of the most important jobs as an administrator is that of being the instructional leader on our team. In this session, we will discuss ideas for creating a collaborative culture of learning and risk taking. We will explore strategies to improve communication and workflow to open up more space to maximize your “face time” with staff. We will also participate in  hands on ways to turn staff meetings into models of what we want to see within the classroom. Walk away with ideas and strategies to take back to use with staff next week.
